By using Vision’s website or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Product images and specifications are provided to help you decide; minor packaging, finish, or specification changes may occur when the manufacturer updates a model.

Orders and pricing

An order is accepted after Vision verifies availability, price, delivery details, and payment requirements. If an obvious pricing, stock, or product-data error is found, we will contact you before fulfilment and may cancel the affected order with a refund where applicable.

Account and content

Keep account credentials and one-time verification codes private. Reviews and other content must be truthful, lawful, and free from harmful, infringing, or misleading material. Vision may moderate content that violates these terms.

Support and liability

Warranty, service, delivery, and return commitments are governed by the product listing and applicable manufacturer terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions about an order should be raised through Vision support with the order number.
